Skill-based activities are designed to help you actively build tools and habits that support your mental and emotional well-being. These are activities that go beyond soothing or grounding in the moment. They focus on practicing coping strategies, problem-solving, and planning for self-care.

Some of these activities are inspired by DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills, like creating an ACCEPTS plan or learning to self-soothe, while others focus on practical life skills, self-reflection, or intentionally adding positive experiences to your day. The goal is to strengthen your ability to care for yourself and cope with challenges in the long term.
