Part Four - Living With Yourself, Not Against Yourself
This last section is about integration. Things like noticing progress, reframing setbacks, and beginning to build a life that feels worth living. The worksheets here focus on self-reflection, self-compassion, and tracking growth. They’re not about “fixing” yourself. They’re about helping you see how far you’ve come, and reminding you that healing is a process you’re already in, not a finish line you have to chase.
